Our Process

Radiant Heat System. New Concrete Basement Floor, New Drain Tile. New Structural Posts and Footings.

Our Process

Everything starts with a consultation and site visit so we can fully understand your project, your expectations, and the intended outcome.  Usually we help develop the full scope of the project and offer a bid at this point.

If necessary or helpful, we will bring in team-members and other trades to consult and offer pricing.  Prior to most projects, we will meet again to confirm all chosen fixtures and finishes will work in your application.  After an acceptable scope and bid is set, we sign the contract and set a timeline to start your project.

Our Mission

(From Jeremy-Owner): To live up to our motto: “Remodeling Done Right.” Our mission is to create positive relationships with clients and team-members and perform high quality, lasting home remodels utilizing best-practice techniques and time-tested methods”.

Our Vision

To leave each customer with a great product at a fair price and have them be so pleased with About Space that they will call us back for the next project and recommend us to their friends and family.

Our values

Pride in work.  When we step back to take a look at what we’ve accomplished, its important to you, and us, that it looks great.

Communication is Key. Informed clients are good (and happy) clients.  We strive for as few surprises as possible during remodeling, and keeping lines of communication open is one way to make that happen.  Jobsite Communication Logs and email and text messages to keep the customer up to date throughout the home remodeling process are two ways we communicate.  Prior to, during, and when the job is done, we know the importance of keeping you informed.

Beautiful results. This is the result of pride in work, attention to detail, and good craftsmanship.  Its intrinsically important to us that we create a well-made, functional, and good looking finished space.  We also know we benefit from a beautiful result when your friends see your project and ask you who did the work.
